The all-time school scoring record of 1821 points held by Cory Johnson was shattered last week by Junior Lexi Morris in the game against Lesterville.

Scheduled makeup days at this time are Feb 17, Mar 31, Apr 1-4, and May 21-23.  (May 23 will be an early dismissal day. )  Tuesday, March 18 will now be a full day of school.  Pending no new school day cancellations, Parent/Teacher Conferences will be moved from Tuesday, March 18 to Tuesday, March 25.  Therefore, Tuesday, Mar 25 will be an early dismissal day.

The CHS Tigers boys basketball team will take on the Van Buren Bulldogs tonight at home.  Game time:  6:00 pm.

Christy Johnson will be one of several folks riding a donkey in support of Project Graduation.  Come out tonight at 7:00 pm to cheer for your favorite donkey and rider!

Plan to be entertained at the Donkey Basketball Game this week on Thursday, January 16 at 7:00 pm. Tickets are $6.00 in advance and $8.00 at the door. Obtain tickets from seniors raising funds for Project Graduation.

Due to the recent school cancellations, there will be no first semester finals.  Tuesday, January 14 has been set as the end of the semester.
