Interact Writes Winning Grant Proposal

The CHS Interact Club is one of 28 history-making groups that recently won the “Be Peace-Builders” Project Grant. Their project, “Planting for Peace,” was written by Vice President Ayla Keller and Secretary Laney Briley, and involves designing and planting a peace garden in front of the high school. The grant is sponsored by Rotary Club and has the goal to promote peace to students and community. Interact is sponsored by teachers Angie Stirts and Britt Graham.
