The Lady Tigers Volleyball Team plays in the CHAMPIONSHIP GAME for the CLASS 2, DISTRICT 2 TITLE on Tuesday, October 29 at 7:00 pm. The game will be held at Saxony Lutheran School north of Cape Girardeau. There will be a Pep Bus going to the game for students who would like a ride to the game. The Pep Bus will leave at 5:00 pm. Clearwater High School will be dismissing at 12:20 pm on Friday, October 18 as the Ozark Heritage Festival will be getting underway. Saturday’s parade will begin at the high school at 10:00 am. Former Clearwater music teacher Joe English will be honored in the parade and the CHS marching band will perform. Clearwater R-1 yearbooks will be available for purchase along with other items from school clubs and organizations at various booths. Come out and support your school and community this weekend!
The ProStart class taught by Mrs. Christy Johnson prepared lunch for the Piedmont Rotary Club on Wednesday. Activities such as this provide valuable real world experiences for students exploring the food industry as a possible career.
