We are thrilled to share with you that Clearwater High School has been honored as a prize winner in the U.S. Department of Education’s CTE Makeover Challenge. We are one of only ten schools in the nation winning $20,000 in cash and a share of in-kind prizes from a $375,000+ sponsor prize pool which we will be using to build a makerspace within our high school library! RIF has partnered with ustyme to give the gift of a billion free e-books. All families across the nation can access 50 classic e-books absolutely free, without advertising or fees of any kind.
The Flag Corps of the CHS Marching Band will have a workshop and tryouts on Wednesday and Thursday, June 15-16, 10:00 am – 12:00 pm outside the high school band room. In case of rain, activities will be held inside. Wear comfortable clothes and tennis shoes. Flags and poles will be provided. You must be in band to be a member of the Flag team. Exceptions are occasionally made for seniors who have been in band and a member of the Flag team in the past.
During the Month of June, Dr. Toney’s Office is offering FREE sports physicals. You must make an appoint with their office. They will not take walk-ins.
