CHS STUDENTS TO RECEIVE CHROMEBOOKS JANUARY 3

All students and parents are invited to attend an informational meeting on Wednesday, January 3, 2018. There will be multiple one hour sessions beginning at the top of each hour, starting at 11:00 am, 12:00 pm, 1:00 pm, 2:00, 3:00, and 4:00, with the last session beginning at 5:00 pm. Students/parents need only attend one session. Each one-hour session will include a short informational video/presentation, a question/answer forum, the opportunity to complete the parental agreement form, pay a technology fee, and then check-out a Chromebook. Attendees should come to the main high school lobby.

JOHNSON IS MISSOURI PROSTART EDUCATOR OF THE YEAR!

Clearwater’s own Mrs. Christy Johnson was honored today as the Missouri ProStart 2017 Educator of the Year. Distinguished guests from the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education, the Missouri Restaurant Association, as well as past and present ProStart alumni gathered as Mrs. Johnson was presented with the award in front of a cheering student body.

CHS PROSTART PROGRAM NAMED ONE OF ELITE 50!

The ProStart program at Clearwater High School has been named one of the 2018 Elite 50 ProStart programs in the United States. This is the second time the program has received distinction as an Elite 50, the first being for 2016.  ProStart was organized at CHS in the 2009-10 school year under the direction of Christy Johnson and continues to shine as one of the many stars in course offerings at CHS.

WINTER CONCERT TUESDAY, DECEMBER 12

The Winter Concert will be held on Tuesday, December 12, 2017 at 7:00 pm in the high school gymnasium. Beginning, Intermediate, and High School Bands, Middle School and High School Performance Choirs, and High School Chamber Choir will all perform.

Beginning band students should be in the cafeteria  by 6:30. All other students should be in the cafeteria by 6:45. All students should dress nicely. Christmas or Winter themed clothing is acceptable. Please no jeans and t-shirts unless they are band/choir shirts.
