Congratulations to all of the ugly Christmas sweater contest winners!  Student winners are pictured below.  Mrs. Polk and Mrs. Bowles shared 1st place for the faculty & staff contest.  Mrs. Hinklin took 2nd place.  Great job folks!                    

 Minus a gingerbread man, this is the plate of goodies prepared by ProStart students today for each teacher!  A very merry (and delicious) Christmas to all of you, too!

• The Book Club Christmas party will be Friday, December 18 during the advisory period.

The Clearwater R-1 School District will dismiss students at 12:20 pm on Friday, December 18 for the Christmas/New Year’s break and will resume school on Monday, January 4, 2016.

5  Book Club Meeting and Christmas Party During Advisory Period

The Clearwater High School and Middle School will host a Winter Concert on Friday, December 11 at 6:30 pm in the high school gymnasium. Everyone is invited to enjoy this musical event featuring performances by both band and choir groups.

Students will be dismissed in the Clearwater R-1 School District at 12:20 pm on Tuesday, December 8 for an afternoon of professional development for teachers.

The Clearwater High School Barnes & Noble Book Fair and Educator Appreciation day is this Saturday, December 5. If you are shopping in Barnes & Noble STORES or ONLINE, provide BOOK FAIR CODE: 11772050 before you check out. The online book fair continues Dec 5-10, but the 25% educator discount is only available on Saturday.

The CHS Book Club will be taking a field trip on Tuesday, December 1 to see Mockingjay, Part 2 based on the Suzanne Collins book, Mockingjay. Students should have $4.00 in ticket money and money for a fast food stop.
