Today’s baseball game that was scheduled to be played at Clearwater has been changed due to field conditions. The game will now be held at Van Buren @ 4:30. There will be no concessions, so if you are attending, you may want to bring your own snacks and drinks.

Congratulations Cross Country!
Leading up to BRL Cross Country Meet Today
In the past two weeks, our Cross Country Team has traveled to East Carter and Ellington. Today they go back to Ellington to compete in the Black River League Cross Country Meet, and we wish our athletes the best!
Attention Seniors:

CHS September Students of the Month
Clearwater High School is proud to announce that seniors Rayme Batton and McClure Briley are September Students of the Month. Rayme is the daughter of Joel Batton, Caitlin Reed, and stepfather Trent. She has been a member of Beta Club for 3 years, Art Club for 3 years, FBLA for 3 years, and she volunteers in the concession stand at ballgames. Rayme’s hobbies include reading, painting, and creating art projects. She also enjoys playing with her animals and watching TV. Her future plans include going to college to study criminology and criminal justice. McClure (Clurie) is the daughter of Terry and Cindy Briley of Piedmont. While in high school, McClure has been a varsity cheerleader for 4 years and was part of a state qualifying cheer team her sophomore and junior year. She also received academic all state her sophomore and junior year. She has been a member of Beta Club 4 years, History Club, FCCLA (president her junior year), National Honor Society (president her senior year), FBLA, and FCA. In her spare time, Clurie is a member of an all star cheerleading team from Poplar Bluff. In her future, she plans on attending Three Rivers Community college to begin work on her undergraduate degree.
