The 2018 Tiger Baseball Jamboree will be hosted by Clearwater High School on Saturday, March 10. All times listed are approximate. The next game will begin when both teams are ready to go. Each team will play a three inning game against the other three teams. Each half inning will end after 3 outs or 8 runs, whichever comes first. Pitchers are limited to throwing 2 innings. There is a one-hour time limit on each game. Admission will be not charged for the jamboree. A concession stand will be available.

Is your teacher giving you too much work? Jail your teacher! The class who puts the most $$ in their teacher’s can outside Mrs. Conner’s room will spend a free hour in the gym while your teacher is “jailed” in the classroom! Money raised will be used for FBLA’s trip to state competition.
Jackson Henson and Zoe Bell took third place awards in their respective categories of Microbiology/Zoology and Environmental Science at the 62nd annual Southeast Missouri Regional Science Fair held on Tuesday, March 6, 2018. Judges viewed 442 projects from 654 local students enrolled in 36 area schools at the Show Me Center on the campus of Southeast Missouri State University.
Traveling to Ironton on Wednesday, March 7, several CHS students are participating in a Transition Fair where they are learning leadership skills, including advocating for themselves and making decisions about career, education, and living.
These students are representing Clearwater High School at the 2018 Southeast Missouri Regional Science Fair today at the Show Me Center on the campus of Southeast Missouri State University.
Shout out to the volunteers from Mr. Yates’s science class who picked up trash on Blackwell Ridge. Students worked after school last Wednesday cleaning up approximately a 2 mile area on County Road 434.
There will be an early dismissal of students at 12:20 pm on Tuesday, March 6 to accommodate the area academic bowl being hosted by the Clearwater Middle School. Teachers not involved in academic bowl activities will be participating in professional development.
