Herff Jones is in the high school lobby NOW until 12:30 pm today (Thursday, November 3) for parents to order graduation invitations, senior apparel and other items.

 The 2016 Southeast Missouri All-District Band Auditions were held Tuesday evening, November 1, 2016 at Jackson High School. Congratulations to CHS junior Mason German, named to the All-District band for his musical talent on the alto saxophone.

 Members of the drama department are working hard in preparation to present to the viewing public… Tickets are $2 for students, $4 for adults.

School will not be in session on Monday, October 31, as teachers will be participating in a day of professional activities.

FBLA, FCCLA, and the Cheer Team are bringing a Character Meet and Greet to Piedmont this Saturday, October 29.  Children will get to mingle with their favorite Disney/cartoon heroes and heroines.  The Meet and Greet will be held at Clearwater High School in the west multipurpose room, 1:00 – 3:00 pm. The cost is $25.00 per child and $10.00 per adult. Participants will meet and get signatures of different characters, while parents may take pictures.  There will be balloon animals, carnival games, and cupcakes. Each child will receive a goody bag upon entry to the event.  The bag will contain an autograph book, one ticket for a prize drawing, and other goodies. Friday, October 28 is a ½ day for students, with professional development for teachers in the afternoon.

•  The schedule is flopped as follows:
  • 1st hour will be 6th hour
  • 2nd hour will be 7th hour
  • 3rd hour will be 8th hour
  • 4th, 5th and lunch will be normal.
