Congratulations to our cross country team! Nancy Hampton shaved three minutes off her time from last week’s meet, and in the middle school competition, Gavin Reynolds place 3rd in his first meet! High School team members medaling in yesterday’s meet:
After learning about the Magna Carta and why it is important, student groups in Miss Brinkley’s U.S. Government class picked three clauses from the Magna Carta that they would like to see in today’s world. Today they started making info-commercials that are going to be “sent” to every country in 2021, trying to get them to adopt the three clauses today. Like the Shamwow commercials, but for government clauses/policies!
Two important events are happening today at the high school:
1) CHROMEBOOK PICKUPS for grades 5-12 in the West Multipurpose Room (lunchroom) from 2pm-6pm. Parent needed for signature, but no fee or video watching is required.
2) New Student Enrollment for high school, 9am-2pm in Mrs. Burns’ office in the highschool.
