Senior Night will be celebrated tonight between the girls and boys varsity games with the following schedule of events to begin at 5:00 pm.
During the Varsity Boys game, the 1000th career point for Heath Ayers will be recognized. The point was made during the game in Greenville on Friday night.

The barn burner at Greenville on Friday night had a full house to watch county rivals, Clearwater and Greenville, compete for bragging rights and the paddle trophy in the first “Battle Between the Lakes.”
Coaches Nathan Walk and Zac Moore coordinated the Battle for the Paddle and both teams entertained the crowd with a thrilling finish that saw Clearwater on top by three as Greenville missed a three point buzzer beater.
During the game, Clearwater senior Heath Ayers scored a free throw for his 1000th high school career point. That shot will be celebrated tonight during the Senior Night game at Clearwater against Doniphan.
Clearwater Tigers Head Coach Zac Moore and Greenville Bears Head Coach Nathan Walk have announced that tomorrow’s game on Friday, January 25 will be the inaugural “Battle Between the Lakes.”
The Greenville/Clearwater rivalry has carried on for many years. Both schools have gotten together and decided to commemorate this with a traveling trophy. The trophy will be a boat paddle, signifying Greenville’s close proximity to Lake Wappapello and Clearwater High School’s close proximity to Clearwater Lake.
The game begins at Greenville at 6:00 pm. Come on out and wear your red if you root for Greenville, orange if you root for Clearwater, or black if you are cheering for both, and join us for an exciting night of basketball.
