00img_1244resized00img_1256resizedThe 2017 ProStart® Missouri State Competition will be held on February 17 in Springfield where students, educators, and chefs will gather for the Sixteenth Annual Missouri ProStart® Invitational.  CHS will be sending both culinary and management teams to demonstrate their culinary skills and business acumen in a fast-paced competition to win a share of a half-million dollars in scholarship opportunities and the honor of representing Missouri at the National ProStart Invitational to be held in April in Charleston, South Carolina.
