Congratulations to both Clearwater student entries that advanced from district to National History Day® state competition and placed among the top NHD projects in Missouri.

Kylie Glover received third place in senior individual exhibits and is an alternate to compete at nationals. Glover’s project is entitled, “Margaret Sanger: Breaking Barriers in Women’s Reproductive Health.”

In the category of senior group performance, Ana Gayle, Lydia Mays, Ty Silvester, and Zoe Stevens placed in the top six in the state for their presentation of “How SNL Broke Comedy Barriers for Women.”

“Ladies, get your prom dress out and meet us at the Rotary Park, for a fun drive through photo shoot!

This is a great keepsake and absolutely free of charge! Get creative. Do your hair and make up, or don’t. Wear heels, go barefoot, or wear boots. Anything goes.

Licensed students can drive themselves or parents can bring students to the park that day. One student at a time will get a photo taken, return to her vehicle and on to the next.
