The 2021 Black River League Basketball Tournament will be hosted by East Carter High School with COVID protocols in place. The gym will have a decreased capacity for fans. Players can get tickets from their coaches. A limited number of tickets will be made available to the general public beginning on Friday at the high school office.
The tournament will kick off with Clearwater Lady Tigers taking on the host school on January 18 at 5:00 pm. Tournament games will be live streamed through the East Carter School District YouTube Channel.
Former Clearwater student Stephanie Hampton-Boeglin visited with CHS classes via a Zoom meeting last month to provide career information and personal insight regarding her position as the Chief Operations Officer for the Make a Wish Foundation in Missouri and Kansas.

The West County basketball games that were scheduled for January 4, have been rescheduled for Monday, February 1 at 5:00 pm. There will be both Junior Varsity and Varsity Boys games.
Senior night will be held on Friday, January 8. The basketball games originally scheduled for Monday and Tuesday, January 4-5, have been cancelled, but will possibly be rescheduled.

Clearwater School District faculty and staff will participate in professional development on Monday, January 4. School will be back in session for students on Tuesday morning, January 5.
