CHS Teams Compete in Springfield and Poplar Bluff

Two groups of students and their teachers competed today, showing their culinary and management skills along with their business knowledge.

Mrs. Johnson’s ProStart students left Thursday morning for a competition in Springfield. While there, the management team presented their restaurant plan to judges and were interviewed by a panel of judges. The culinary team cooked a meal while judges watched. As of 12:45, all competitions are complete and now we wait for results.

Ms. Conner’s FBLA students left Friday morning for a competition in Poplar Bluff. Students are competing in business related areas with some testing, some delivering speeches, and some presenting projects. We will update results as they are made available.
