Highlights of Bright Futures Clearwater Week have included the kick-off of lunch buddies, participation in random acts of kindness, and visual support of the educational community through orange and black clothing and window dressings. T-shirts are still available in the high school guidance office; $8 for S-XL and $10 for 2X-3X.

CLUB MEMBERSHIP DUES
- Interact money should be given to Mrs. Stirts ASAP.
- Dues should be turned in for FCCLA, FCA, and Beta Club by Thursday, September 26.
- FBLA dues and money for the Six Flags trip are needed by Monday, September 30.
- History Club dues need to be paid by Tuesday, October 1.

Area teens met at the flag pole on Wednesday morning for a “See You at the Pole” event to pray for friends, the community, and the nation.
CROSS COUNTRY TEAM MAKING PROGRESS; NEXT MEET ON WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 25
Members of the Clearwater Cross Country team ran against one of the toughest competitive fields on their schedule last Saturday at Cape Girardeau with Jacob Cheney medaling in the Varsity Boys race. The next race will be in Van Buren on Wednesday. The following are results of races thus far in the season.

PARENT TEACHER CONFERENCES FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 27
School will not be in session for students on Friday, September 27, as Parent-Teacher Conferences are being held 11:00 am – 6:00 pm.
ATTENTION SOPHOMORES
