LEMONADE HOUSE GRILLE IN PIEDMONT THURSDAY TO SUPPORT OUR SCHOOL!
The Lemonade House Grille truck will be parked at the old Lantern/Front Porch Grill lot on Thursday, August 22, 11:00 am – 2:00 pm. Lunch foods and delicious lemonade will be available and a portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Clearwater School Foundation.
BASEBALL JAMBOREE SATURDAY, AUGUST 24
2019 Clearwater Fall Baseball Jamboree Schedule
10:00 am South Iron vs. Clearwater
11:30 am Advance vs. South Iron
1:00 pm Clearwater vs. Advance
All times listed are approximate. Games will take place on the high school baseball field located adjacent to Clearwater High School. The home team is listed first for each game. The next game will begin when both teams are ready to go. There will be a 75 minute time limit on each game or four innings, whichever comes first. Each team will play a four-inning game against the other two teams. Each half inning will end after 3 outs or 5 runs, whichever comes first. Teams are permitted a maximum of 8 innings for the jamboree, regardless of time limits. Substitutions are unlimited. Players are only allowed to pitch two innings for the entire event.
Admission will not be charged for the jamboree. A concession stand will be available.

Clearwater baseball and volleyball teams received coverage recently in the Daily American Republic newspaper. Both teams will be hosting jamborees where the public can preview a number of area teams in action. Check back on this website for jamboree schedules to be published soon.

Clearwater R-1 School District is excited to showcase a set of new trademarked logos that were approved over the summer. The opportunity to order from the current flyer is available through August 28. Enough orders of each logo (not item) must be placed to be able to purchase at these prices. (Prices will increase if the minimum number is not met.) Merchandise will arrive a couple of weeks after the store closes.

SCHOOL BEGINS AUGUST 15!
Students: If you were not able to attend the high school Chromebook distribution on Tuesday, you will need to do the following.
- Pick up a technology agreement in the high school office.
- Have a parent sign the agreement.
- Turn in the agreement with money to Mrs. Brinkley in
the office & get a receipt. - If you have the agreement signed on Thursday, take the
receipt to the end of the South Hall (Mrs. Wright’s old
room) to receive a Chromebook. - If you are bringing the signed agreement back on Friday,
take the receipt to the library to get your device.
