Dr. Toney with Missouri Highland is offering free sports physicals for the month of June.  You must make an appointment, but they will not be taking any Monday appointments.  They ask that you have the history portion of the physical filled out before your appointment.  The link to the form is: https://www.mshsaa.org/resources/PDF/Current%20Pre-participation%20Physical%20Evaluation%20-%20PPE-History%20Form-English.pdf .

The paperwork is also available at the middle school or high school on a table in front of each office.  All students are required to have a sports physical to participate in athletics.  Students who did not have a two-year physical completed last year,  will be required to have a new one.
